Serums
Serums use the isolated tremella polysaccharide in the water phase for slip. The INCI line is not hyaluronic acid.

This code is the polysaccharide taken out of Tremella fuciformis, not the whole fruiting body and not hyaluronic acid. A 10:1 snow-fungus extract will not automatically meet a fraction specification.
Serums and hair leave-ons use it for the film. Capsules use it when the dose should be the polysaccharide itself. Ask how that polysaccharide was defined and tested. An unnamed percent is not a specification, and the INCI line still cannot say hyaluronic acid.

Capsules deliver that polysaccharide fraction rather than a whole-fruiting-body range.

Leave-on hair products use the film and slip.

The fraction is what serums and capsules here are built on. A 10:1 whole-fruiting-body extract is the broader powder.
