Assay Capsules
Capsules are filled to the tested marker, beta-glucan around 10–40% or polysaccharides around 10–50%, from Grifola frondosa.

Beta-glucan on this maitake runs about 10–40%, beside polysaccharides at 10–50%, from Grifola frondosa fruiting body or mycelium. A single “30% maitake” quote from another code will not describe the lot in front of you.
The powder is pale gold and still tastes like the mushroom, which is why broths show it and why a clear drink is the wrong brief. About 80 mesh is the grind. Name the part, and do not call a plain extract a D-fraction.
| Mushroom Source | Maitake | Latin Name | Grifola frondosa |

Blends name maitake, the part, and whichever of those markers was tested.

Savoury foods take the lower grades for mushroom flavour.

An 80-mesh powder disperses in a drink, and the mushroom taste remains.

These capsules use the percent extract. D-fraction is a named preparation and does not appear just because the percent is high.
