Capsules
Capsules deliver polysaccharides from the long white fruiting body of enoki.

Long white stems in a bottle are how Flammulina velutipes is grown. The extract of that fruiting body is a different dose from the mushroom in a hotpot: 5:1 or 10:1 on one hand, polysaccharides with a separate beta-glucan figure near 30% on the other.
The powder is brown-yellow. It works in capsules, blends and savoury foods, and it will not disappear in a clear drink. Pick ratio or assay, and if beta-glucan is printed, name the method that produced it.

Capsules deliver polysaccharides from the long white fruiting body of enoki.

Broths and snacks take mushroom flavour from the powder.

Blends list enoki as its own species. It does not replace shiitake.

Drinks take a brown-yellow colour and a mushroom taste.
