Product Description

Product Description

Cooling Agent WS-12 is a synthetic menthol derivative supplied as ≥99% white crystal powder, CAS 68489-09-8, positioned as odorless/flavorless TRPM8 activation with very long cooling duration in the WS family.

Supplier notes poor water solubility and bitterness if used alone—often blended with WS-23 for onset plus WS-12 for hold. Heat stability to about 200 °C is cited for baked and hot-fill uses.

Oral care, confectionery, beverages and cosmetics appear on the sheet; ethanol/glycol premix is typical.
