Polysaccharide Capsules
Capsules are filled to the polysaccharide grade. A 10% powder and a 90% powder are different serving sizes.

This is the supermarket mushroom, Agaricus bisporus, taken from the fruiting body and extracted. It is not blazei, and the two should not share a line to save a formula.
Polysaccharides are quoted from about 10% to 90% by UV, with beta-glucan as a separate 10% line. The 90% grade is another price and another dose. Write the percent you need, and do not treat the two assays as one test.

Soups and seasonings use the button-mushroom extract for savoury flavour. A 90% grade is a concentrated dose, not a cheap seasoning.

This is the supermarket mushroom, Agaricus bisporus. Almond mushroom, Agaricus blazei, does not fill the same pot.

Broths take a brown-yellow mushroom taste. A clear drink will show the colour.

Snacks use the lower grades for flavour, at the percent actually in the powder.
