Match UV saponins or HPLC protodioscin to the customer’s COA language.

Tribulus extract is standardized to saponins from the fruit or herb of Tribulus terrestris, commonly 40%, 90% or 95%.
It is used in sports and men’s-health capsules. “Saponins” by UV is a broad number; protodioscin by HPLC is the tighter marker when a customer asks for it.
When buying, say the method. A 90% UV saponin powder can miss a protodioscin spec.

Match UV saponins or HPLC protodioscin to the customer’s COA language.

Bitter and bulky at 40%. High-assay grades cut the capsule size.

Check disintegration. High saponin loads can slow a tablet.

Saponin grades foam and taste bitter. Trial before a beverage brief.

Ask for HPLC protodioscin when the customer’s COA uses that word instead of UV saponins.

Say which part the batch used. Fruit and aerial saponin profiles are not identical.
