Cognitive Capsules
20–80% PS. Source (soy or sunflower) goes on the allergen line.

Phosphatidylserine (PS) is a phospholipid, here typically 20%, 50%, 70% or 80%, usually from soybean. Sunflower PS exists and is the grade you need when soy is barred.
It is used in cognitive-health capsules and in some dairy or powder drinks. The powder is PS on a carrier; the oil is a different handling story.
When buying, name the percent and the source plant. Soy PS is an allergen.

20–80% PS. Source (soy or sunflower) goes on the allergen line.

Dispersible grades only. Plain PS oil will not wet into a stick pack.

Possible at low doses. Confirm the carrier does not break the culture.

Oil-form PS is a softgel fill. Powder grades are for dry capsules.

Switch to sunflower PS before the label says soy-free.

The powder percent includes the carrier. Confirm it before a soy-free or allergen-free claim.
