Isoflavone Capsules
98% genistein aglycone. Different label from a 40% soy isoflavone.

Genistein here is the isoflavone aglycone from sophora flower (Styphnolobium japonicum), typically 98%. It is not soy isoflavone concentrate, which is a mix of genistin, daidzin and glycitin.
The aglycone is used when a formula specifies genistein itself, in capsules or as a cosmetic active candidate. Soy-complex claims do not ride along.
When buying, require HPLC genistein and a statement that the source is sophora, not soy, if the allergen list depends on it.

98% genistein aglycone. Different label from a 40% soy isoflavone.

Only with an INCI and a safety file. The powder is not a soy extract INCI.

Do not fill a soy-isoflavone spec with this aglycone, or the reverse.

Soy complexes are glycoside mixtures. This is 98% genistein aglycone from sophora.

The aglycone dose is small. Do not cost it like a soy-isoflavone capsule.
