24/6 Capsules
The standard profile for cognitive-style supplements.

Ginkgo biloba extract from the leaf is defined by a ratio people actually test: about 24% flavonol glycosides and 6% terpene lactones, with ginkgolic acids capped, often below 5 ppm.
That 24/6 profile is what capsule brands mean by “ginkgo extract”. A simple 10:1 leaf powder is cheaper and fails the profile. Ginkgolic acids are the allergen-like impurity buyers limit.
When buying, write 24/6 and the ginkgolic acid limit. HPLC, not a single UV number.

Same markers. Check ginkgolic acids on the COA.

Leaf tea will not deliver 24% glycosides.

A 24/6 extract is bitter and will not taste like a leaf infusion.

Keep ginkgolic acids on the blend COA, not only the 24/6 line.

Often capped around 5 ppm. A missing line is a reason to hold the lot.

24/6 is a leaf specification. It is not a fruit or a tea cut.
