Glucoraphanin Capsules
The practical stable grade. Say if myrosinase is required for conversion.

Broccoli seed supplies two related molecules: glucoraphanin (about 1–13%), the precursor, and sulforaphane (about 0.1–98%), the isothiocyanate released when the enzyme myrosinase acts.
Stable supplements usually standardize glucoraphanin and rely on the enzyme, because free sulforaphane is reactive and hard to hold. A 98% sulforaphane is a speciality chemical, not a sprout powder.
When buying, name which molecule, and whether myrosinase is in the blend.

The practical stable grade. Say if myrosinase is required for conversion.

0.1–98% is a huge span. The top end is a reactive isolate, not a food powder.

A sprout powder will not meet a 13% glucoraphanin spec.

Free sulforaphane is reactive. Glucoraphanin is the grade that survives a powder blend.

Say if the blend must include the enzyme that converts glucoraphanin.

Sprout powders do not meet a 13% glucoraphanin specification.
