Product Description
Avocado-soybean unsaponifiables (ASU) are the oil fraction left after saponification of avocado and soybean oils, not a protein powder and not lecithin.
The combination is used in joint-health capsules. Published formulas use a defined avocado-to-soy ratio; a random blend of the two oils is not the same ingredient.
When buying, confirm the ratio, the unsaponifiable assay, residual solvent, and soy allergen labelling.
