Asiaticoside is key pentacyclic triterpene glycoside monomer purified from whole herb of Centella asiatica. It appears as off‑white to light‑white fine crystalline powder with limited water solubility, requiring propylene glycol or ethanol as co‑solvent for aqueous cosmetic formulas.
